You have until December 31, 2023 to seize this absolutely unique opportunity. Unique because ONLY we at BRERA protect your NEW bike for 12 months from the date of purchase.

*In case of theft, you will receive a bicycle of the same model, upon payment of an excess. Read the Regulations carefully .
ANTI-THEFT POLICY PROMO.
From 15 May to 31 December 2023 , BRERA CICLI reserves 12 months of THEFT PROTECTION for bicycles included in the BRERA CICLI 2023 catalog that are purchased NEW , together with a TRELOCK padlock with a minimum security level indicator of 3, from authorized BRERA retailers CYCLES (not ONLINE) in Italy. THEFT PROTECTION is free , it is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt, it is not renewable ; and is valid exclusively for bikes that have been stolen on Italian territory .
To take advantage of THEFT PROTECTION , simply fill in the FORM at the bottom of the page WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE
ATTENTION THE THEFT PROTECTION DOES NOT apply if the bicycle is registered after 7 days from the date of purchase.
In the event of theft, if you have duly registered, you will have to send WITHIN AND NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE of the theft to the address MANDELLI SRL, via T. Grossi 5-20841 Carate Brianza (MB):
1) Copy of the purchase receipt for the bicycle and the lock;
2) Copy of the theft report issued by the competent authorities (Police, Carabinieri);
3) Photo of the broken/cut/tampered with padlock.
ATTENTION If one of these three tests is missing, in particular if the absence of the damaged padlock is recorded, the THEFT PROTECTION will not be recognized and the new bicycle will not be shipped .
Once the documentation received has been verified, THE NEW BICYCLE will be shipped to you UPON PAYMENT OF AN EXCESS.
BRERA CICLI will communicate the amount to be paid via bank transfer to this IBAN: IT43G0623034021000015139339. At this point, you will have to send the document certifying payment of the deductible by email to info@mandelli.net.
DISCOVER THE DEDUCTIBLES APPLIED TO BICYCLES THAT ENJOY THEFT PROTECTION.
After communicating the transfer to the designated email address, you will receive a new bicycle of the same model* at your home or at the address indicated when activating the THEFT PROTECTION .
The shipping costs of the replacement bicycle will be borne by BRERA CICLI. The bicycle received as a replacement will not be covered by THEFT PROTECTION.
*If stocks run out, the stolen bike may be replaced either by a similar model or by the same model, provided you are willing to wait the time necessary for restocking.
THEFT PROTECTION is NOT recognized for bicycles:
1) NOT present in the BRERA CICLI 2023 catalog or in any case NOT indicated in the deductibles table available here ;
2) DO NOT purchase from official BRERA CICLI retailers or without a receipt or tax document proving the purchase;
3) Purchase without TRELOCK padlock with minimum security level of 3, as per the list of models available here ;
4) Purchase ONLINE;
5) Purchase from VAT numbers or other retailers.
